Our Guarantee

1. We guarantee our product is first hand product，and we won't sold out the broken product.

2. Before send out the product, we will check the product probaly, if the product is bend, or others problem, if on the way delivery broken the product,we will not take the responsibility.

3. Normally we will put the product in a box or a small pouch, and cover with newspaper to prevent broken.

Cancellation

1. If you want to cancel the product you order，please contact us when the status is "Processing"，If your status already at "Post Out"，and already make the payment，we won't return the payment.

2. If already make payment, then regret purchase the product, we are not refundable.

Rules & Regulation

1. Please make payment within 48 hours, if cannot make it, please inform us as soon as possible,if you did not contact with us out of the payment period, then we will sms/email to you, to inform regarding the product.

2. All product until we receive payment only will post out.

3. Customer who make order means agreed with our rules & regulation.

4. All product are not include postage, except on during promotion.

6. Goods sold are not refundable on some cases, eg: color not look-a-like picture, not as your imagine, too big, too small, too thick, too thin.

7. Goods color display on our website will slightly different with real, because of every monitor display different color.
